Accepted Offer – Interviewed in Saugus, MA Feb 2011 – Reviewed Jul 19, 2011
Interview Details – Met with a senior executive with the company in a very informal interview. Questions were typical stock questions that could be asked of any job in any field. Two weeks later was a follow-up interview an hour away that was with the Distract Manager. This interview was much more formal, personable, and open. Got a strong indication leaving this interview that I would be offered this position.
Interview Question – Describe the traits you disliked the most in a previous boss or Manager Answer Question
Negotiation Details – Able to negotiate, but once its set it is SET. BWW is very inflexible with renegotiating or raises.
Other Details - I applied online and the process took 3 weeks.
