Interviewed Jul 2009 (took 2 months)
long and drawed out, but worked in the end. what can i say, i got the job so i am happy. great company overall, very thorough but could do a little better on the communication side of things. i never knew what was going on ahead of time. It always seemed to take a long time to get an answer on anything. i guess that is part of the problem with dealing with a growing company, they are all very busy. the positive is that they are hiring and i feel like i have good job security because of the company's strong growth.

Interviewed Nov 2010 in Moreno Valley, CA (took a day)
A good reception. Made small talk while waiting for the partner. approximately 30 questions From Background, operations guest services, finacials, inventories, payroll, computers, Human resources(Hirirng, training, firing). I felt I answered every question very well because I know the job. I know what I'm doing Other wise I honestly would not bother wasting my time applying for the job.
They seemed very interseted in me until the question of salary came up. That is when one of the partners sighed and jestured to the other partner, thats it! He excused himself and went outside for a smoke. The other partner said, "Ithink we'll be calling you". I never heard from them until a letter came saying they decide on onother candidate.
When you get to the salary question don't tell them wht you expect. Wich I did not. They aske how much I was making in my previous job, but did not give me the oopourtunity to explain that I was not set on making that much. Just let them know you are willing to negotiate.
