I applied on the Bulk Barn Foods website with some difficulty, and had waited no more than a week before I had received a call back from either a separate manager, or a a sales associate working there. They called for a one to one interview the next day in the afternoon, and was offered the job during the interview.

Basic interview. One phone and one in person. All the regular questions you would expect such as strengths and weaknesses etc. Very laid back and easy going conversation. It was a breeze.

Got called the same day for an interview. The interview was very basic and didn't last more than 15 minutes. A few days after the interview they called me and offered me the position. Overall, the whole hiring process was very laid back.
