Fast and easy. Went through a technical interview which was not very tecnical and then an interview with HR.

Why do you think we should go through the trouble of hiring you, a foreigner?
Negotiation Details
No negotiations were possible, they already have fixed salaries and benefits pero position and experience. It's either accept it or don't.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Presentation, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.
