Interviewed Jun 2010 in Langhorne, PA (took 5 weeks)
The General Manager called me in about 2-3 weeks after I submitted my application, then scheduled an interview for about a week later. I came in, asked for the manager, was told to sit down, then I waited for a good 15-20 minutes until he came out. All he did--literally was meet me and ask if I would be prepared for a tough fast food job. He asked about my volunteer job at my school's store. That was it. He called me back a couple days later to sign my working papers and the rest is history.

Interviewed Apr 2009 (took a day)
I was way over dressed in khakis and a white blouse. Store manager sat me down in the kids play room, asked me my favorite burger king sandwhich, what I felt a good employee acted like, and if I would ever eat food on the job. Was hired on the spot. Came in the next day for work. Manager promised to have a uniform ready for me (red shirt- you have to bring your own black pants and shoes) but she didn't have it for me so I had to wear a shirt that was literally a XXL. Was sat in the back and watched videos that none of the employees ever followed the 2 years I worked there.
Interview Questions
Negotiation Details
No negotiation. I was never promoted despite working there two years, getting a speed of service award from a higher up, and being an enacting manager several times while my actual manager smoked weed out back. Very annoying.
Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview.

Interviewed Jan 2011 (took a day)
I was called nearly a month after applying online. The women on the phone (store manager) said she would like to meet with me for an interview the following day. I went in about 5 minutes before the scheduled time and waited about 25 minutes for the manager to come out and meet with me. The interview was held not in any type of office, but in the dining room of the restaurant. The only questions asked were if i could handle an un-ruly or rude costomer calmly and with a smile. After i said yes, i would be able to do that without effort and that i had to use that skill constantly at a previous job, we went over availability. She offered me the job to start the following monday. All took about 10 minutes and was a bit unprofessional.

Negotiation Details
My only item to be negotiated was scheduling, i told her i had a wide availability but could not start before 9am for any reason because i needed to take my son to preschool at 8am every morning. This was not a problem at all. Pay negotiation was none, it was a minimum wage only job, take it or leave it.

Interviewed Mar 2008 (took a day)
It was very relaxed. We talked and chatted. The manager showed me the equipment. He also gave me some food. It was good. I told hime I had been a cashier before and that made hime happy. I am happy I got the job. Sometimes I have a good day and sometimes I have a bad day.
