did th ephone interview that was about 10 mins. Very little questions. Was flown in for the day for the in person interview. Tour of the facility and interview with recruiting. Then was sat on the sales floor for an hour. After lunch there was a second interview and then they went over the positions. 1 week later was the offer and had to take a personality test.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test, a Personality Test and a Background Check.

I had two phone interviews with pleasant human resource representatives. Next was my in person interview. I sat with two employees on the huge trading-like sales floor at Chicago Central, one in carrier sales and one in customer sales. I finished my interview saying that I liked the fast-paced atmosphere.

I got a call from the recruiter and she gave me some information on what the job entailed and acted a few questions about myself. I got through it and was offered to take the personality test (I think everyone who wants to gets to this stage). I took the test and did good and got another phone interview. I was told that I would recieve a call either way and after 2 weeks of not hearing anything I tryed to get a hold of them and couldnt. Never heard from them again.
