Interviewed Oct 2011 in Lisle, IL (took 3 weeks)
I got the initial phone screening from a career fair at my university. Initial phone screening was 30-45 minutes long consisting resume related questions. Then I was contacted to have a 1:1 interview with the Services Director in their office. The interview was pretty much behavioral questions. The next week I was contacted that I will be having another 2 phone interviews with Sr Principal Services Architect and Principal and Principal Services Consultant. I think it was supposed to be technical interviews but it was more a walk-through resume questions.
The next week I was contacted saying that I got the offer. Since I love the nature of the work, I pretty much knew that I will accept it anyway.

Interviewed Apr 2011 in Herndon, VA (took 4 weeks)
Recruiter contacted me after I applied with through my university and scheduled a phone screen. Phone interview was relatively informal, asked why I wanted the job, about my resume, etc. Then I was contacted a day later for a followup 1:1 interview with a director and a services consultant. The first interview lasted an hour and was comprised of behavioral questions. The next interview was more or less informal where I was told in more detail about the job and had a few technical questions about my skills.
After I sent thank you letters I never heard back from the recruiter. I asked for an update and was told that she would get back to me but she never did. I do not recommend interviewing with this company they seem very cold, rude, and worried only about their bottom line.

Interviewed May 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I had an initial phone screen with the recruiter, a second interview with a hiring manager, and then a "technical" interview after that. The phone screen was 15 minutes, the hiring manager was an hour, the technical was 15 minutes. There were only just a few basic technical questions, everything was canned standard questions, and situational. Very fast at communication returns, does not sound that well organized.
