Intitial phone screen followed by an 1 on 1 interview. Afterwards another date was scheduled for a round of interviews. Questions, mostly related to software sales revenue recognition, deferred revenue and capitalized software development. Other business related questions related to what I new about CA and the latest industry trends. They did spend a fair amount of time talking about team work and wanted to know about projects that I had collaborated on in the past.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Background Check, a Skills Test, a Group/Panel Interview, a 1:1 Interview and a Phone Interview.
