Went into the interview, sat down, they pitched their company, I mostly listened. No questions about leadership or my most proud achievement, etc. Very informal.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Fairfax, VA (took a day)
I was referred to the company by a friend who declined the job offer. I received an email the day I was referred asking for an interview the following week. I interviewed the next week and received an offer by the end of the week I interviewed. I interviwed with 2 people, one of whom is the program manager.

Offer was more than what I had expected and I accepted. The offer was at the high end of my range.

I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview and a Background Check.
