There were two interviews by phone: 1) with someone from HR at CARE HQ and someone from the Regional Desk at HQ; 2) with the Director at the Country Office where the position was based. I was working at another CARE Country Office at the time. I have always felt that my prior performance and internal references helped me get jobs within the organization.
