Interviewed Dec 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
The interview process was fairly straight forward. I was called by a recruiter, my resume was sent and then I was told I was approved for a meeting. I met with a senior developer, who quized me on some technology and finance questions, which went relatively well. I met with two people in total, left and received an offer 2 weeks later.

Interviewed Dec 2007 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 months)
The entire process took about 2 months. There was a span of 3 weeks between the two interviews and another 3 for the job offer. The first interview had the hiring Manager and other associates that I'd be working closely with, including HR. Second interview was with the hiring Manager and the Director. Overall perception of the company was positive, only that it lacked any sense of urgency. They took a month to call me back for the 2nd interview and another 3 weeks for the offer. In the midst of the waiting, I had already taken a backup position with a company I wasn't too thrilled about. If CBC wasn't a company I liked, I would've just remained at the first company that offered me a position.
