Interviewed May 2008 (took 6 months)
They went through several hiring freezes while I was interviewing. Once I was there, I noticed how the hiring process went. It was basically bringing people in based on their resume, and then letting middle managers talk to them about where they went to school, then meeting as a group to talk about who they'd want to manage based on personalities alone. What is this? A fraternity? Get over yourselves.

Interviewed Sep 2009 in San Francisco, CA (took 2 days)
A recruiter called me for an impromptu phone interview, explained the job, didn't ask too many questions and then asked me to come in for an in person interview. The second phase consisted of meeting with 3 managers individually. They were all very different with different styles of interviewing. One was very candid, the next kind of serious and seemed like she didn't really like her job, and a third straight forward basic interviewing questions and kept trying to intimidate me it seemed like by glaring awkardly. They were rushing a lot the whole time and seemed unorganized. The original recruiter was out of town and didn't interview me again during this round. I followed up and they sent me back a "we found someone who skills matched better" standard mass email. A couple months later I got another email saying the same thing... The lady immediately wrote back and said that she meant to send it to another person with my name... Um ok lady?? Keep your emails straight. Thanks.
