Really quick interview process. Took a while to get back to me after I submitted my job application online, but after I went to my interview, I received an answer from them within 5 days. Pretty thorough interview for such a low level position. Must have asked about 20 questions one after another. They weren't easy questions like walk me through your resume or tell me about yourself. It seemed like they pulled their questions straight out of an interview book. Didn’t have a conversational flow to the interview, but that's fine with me.

Very laid back interview. Interviewer was more concerned with responsibilities of last position and how closely related the two positions are to each other. No trick questions such as "Where do you see yourself in 5 years" or "Why do you want to work here"! Just straight to the point.

Spoke to hiring director and he asked questions about my experience in the field of design. He was very nice and asked several questions about my last employer and how well I handled working under tight deadlines. The conversation lasted about 15 minutes, where he explained the duties of the job.
