Interviewed Mar 2012 in Detroit, MI (took a day)
I was called by the current assistant for the exact radio station that I'd be working for. The assistant asked if I wanted to do a phone interview or a personal interview because of my location at the time. I drove down to meet and when I arrived at the location I was early if not on time and was then forced to wait another 30 minutes while the sales manager was "out to lunch." Once the interview was conducted it went well and everything but the follow up process was horrific. The manager never responded to my thank you emails or follow up emails with further questions. It was extremely unprofessional in my opinion. The least the sales manager could have done was responded saying they would go a different route. Its much more appreciated to be let down than to be ignored.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 4 weeks)
it consisted of 1:1, the environment is relaxed.. a lot of informal questions about why you want to work there and what are some of your favorite musicians/bands..didn't strike me as a place for moving up in a company and the recruiter mentions that from the beginning.

Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
Interview went well. My advice is to be prepared, concise, keep answers short, and ask a lot of questions to get the second interview. Initially, I called to get the interview and was successful in selling myself to get the first interview. I came very prepared with a professional resume developed on Pongo. Be very serious when answering questions and offer the benefits of why they should hire you. It is okay to use a little humor to show your personality side, and tell stories of past successes to show your competitive side. I did a little homework in advance to find out what the culture was like and it was very positive. They care about their people, offer great benefits, and success will come with hard work.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Baltimore, MD (took 2 days)
The first interview with the GSM went really well and came back for an interview with the VP. Pretty much immediately there was a personality conflict, however instead of stopping the interview process there when the decision had really already been made, offered me the opportunity to spend a weekend putting together a proposal which, after submitting it, never heard from them again. Seems like a waste of time on both ends and unprofessional.

Interviewed May 2010 (took 4 weeks)
Interviewed with Regional Market Manager and General Sales Manager. Both were very rushed and I felt like they had ADD. Neither did not seem organized or prepared for my interview. They read a list of canned, prepared questions that could have come from any HR manual. I was not impressed.

Reason for Declining
I was not overly impressed with the caliber of people I interviewed with there. Fortunately, I am currently employed, and that made it easier to decline the offer. It was a gut feeling that this was not a station in which AE's would have strong leadership and support. If I was unemployed, I might think otherwise.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Skills Test.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in New York, NY (took a day)
I spent over an hour with the News Production Manager, but also spent a bit of time with a Sales manager. They responded very, very well to conversation-based interactions. It was clear they wanted something more interactive and informal, even, than a question-and-answer interview.
