sent resume, got a call and did a phone interview. Got a call a few days later for in person interview. Spent an hour talking with manager and toured location.

I was talked to for barely 3 minutes then told I was a perfect match after 5 and hired after 7. It was disconcerting and a bit overwhelming. I didn't believe I was really hired at first but they had me fill out HR paperwork.
