CDW Inside Sales Account Manager Interview

Interview Details – Applied online, filled out.basic questionnaire, was called the.same day for a phone interview which entailed basic personality questions and then was invited for an in person interview the next week. The questions were pretty simple,read off a list, such as "strengths". "Weaknesses" and "describe a time you went above and beyond." Following the interview, the interviewer and recruited conferred in a took together and 5 minutes later handed me an offer package, which they gave me 24 hours to accept. The whole prs felt bit impersonal and hurried, which made me suspect that they don't really invest in their new hires that much.

Reason for Declining – I chose to decline based on the short time allotted for reviewing the offer packages. I felt that the rush was unnecessary and almost suspicious, like they are used to having people.change their mind.
