Interviewed Mar 2012 in Singapore (Singapore) (took a day)
They are very slow in processing the application. Initial 30 minutes of 15-20 technical questions test. 1 hour of interactive video conferencing with the HR, local Manager and the division manager from LONDON. The interviewer touches the answers of the technical test if there needs any clarification, some technical questions on performance tuning. Not a pure technical interview, but a way to understand about the projects we worked and its complexity and challenge.

Interviewed Apr 2012 in Houston, TX (took 2 days)
My experience was a bit compressed because there was pressure from another offer (which I ultimately accepted). The first phone interview consisted of 4 math questions. All relatively easy though you might want to practice some statistics. Explain your thought process as you solve the problem.
2nd phone interview was with the head of the department. Split between a standard "fit" interview and more math questions.
Offered position on the spot but that was clearly atypical.
Flew to Houston at the end of the week to visit the office. It's filled with transplanted academics and the software package that they use to analyze seismic data is very impressive. Everyone seemed very welcoming (it's Houston, that's to be expected) and the atmosphere was a bit quiet while I was there am people were working hard but I got the impression that as the evening rolls in, there's some fun to be had. Apparently there's a ping pong tournament that seems to garner a great deal of attention.
The offer was, if looked at on it's own, very good. The benefits package is excellent. The salary is meant to be augmented based on performance do what is offered is the salary for "low performers" so average performers an high performers can expect to earn more. How much more is entirely unclear. I asked and they wouldn't give me an order of magnitude approximation.
Overall, the experience was enjoyable but odd because my only interaction before the offer was over the phone. I had submitted my CV an letter many months before they called me for the interview that I had forgotten I submitted for the post. That said, once they decided to interview me, they were very serious about the process and didn't waste time (mine or theirs). They come across as a good place to work, the company is well respected in the seismic industry, and they take care of their employees. I did not decline their offer easily.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
Several reasons. The other offer I was fielding was better on its own and it didn't force me to move (I would have had to move to Houston). Also, I was not comfortable with the uncertainty in the salary. Even some scale would have been welcome.
Other Details
The interview consisted of a Phone Interview and an IQ/Intelligence Test.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Houston, TX (took 2 months)
Attended campus career fair on early Feb, had some talks and submitted resume.
After 1and1/2 month later, received an email asking transcripts for consideration.
A week later, received an email asking scheduling a phone interview.
A few days later, had a phone interview. It took about 25 minutes and consisted of four problems regarding high school level math like geometry and sequence. One of them was a little bit more tricky and actually couldn't anser at the moment : four digit number is some multiple of its own in reversed order. Just said strategy.
About a month later (late April), received an email asking on-site interview.
Had an on-site interview on June. It took about 2hours: HR person and VP. VP asked general questions about my background, current research topic, one basic question on my major, one a little difficult math problem and one puzzle-like question. The math problem was solving some situation which is reduced to basically cubic equation.
After about 2 weeks, received a no-offer letter.
The company looked nice. People were kind and friendly.
