Interview Details – Met with Manager and discussed in depth what the organization was looking and how the system functioned giving all the detalis of a typical day. Second interview was conducted by team lead - used primarily behavioral and situational questions to determine how I approached my work, work style and the kind of working environment I was looking for.
Interview Question – You and a co-worker have a dispute how to proceed on a project. How would you deal with that worker on this issue and on further possible disagreements. Answer Question
Negotiation Details – No room for negotiation
Other Details - The process took 4 days.
