Interviewed Mar 2012 (took 4+ weeks)
I had a good interview process. I applied through the career center at school. I was then invited for a 1:1 campus interview. The next step would be a phone interview with HR. A couple weeks later I was invited for an onsite interview. Im in the process of now waiting for decision. Overall it has been a good experience. If you have to travel for the interview they will reimburse the money spent.

Interviewed Nov 2009 in Toronto, ON (Canada) (took 2 weeks)
HR person phoned and had a conversation regarding why i'm looking, what i can offer and am expecting salary-wise. He seemed interested and said that next steps will be meeting with the Director. (HR person seemed very keen and a little too enthusiastic) . That interview came within a few days after the phone call.
The in person interview went quite well. i showed him same work samples and he asked about my education and work experience. He wanted me to then see a Senior Consultant (my "buddy" who i was be reporting to and he would be my mentor). Again, that second interview came within a few days after the first one.
The third interview went well. The senior consultant looked through my work and asked me some questions about them and asked me what i want from the job.
within a couple of day, i was given the offer. i considered overnight and verbally replied the day after. The signing of the contract was perhaps a week later? something like that...

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 2 days)
Culture was lax and a bit bland. The interviews were all one on one and only consisted of generic behavioral questions. There were no case studies.

Reason for Declining
I had an equally competitive offer from another firm with a different position than consultant that fit my degree and interests more.

Interviewed Apr 2010 in Washington, DC (took a day)
Typical half hour college interview with a bunch of personality questions. I wasn't graduating for another year so I was told that there will be no offer coming from that interview. However I recently got a call asking me to come for a follow up this semester. The interview was pretty easy with basic personality questions asking to describe obstacles, difficult coworkers, leadership experience, and free time activities. I was also allowed to ask questions about the company and how i would fit into it since I don't have much (basically none) programming experience. The atmosphere was very relaxed and the interview was in the form of a conversational rather than interrogation. At the end I was asked if I had any closing remarks about anything on my resume or transcript - a gesture I appreciated because I did want to clarify a few points.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Regina, SK (Canada) (took 2 days)
I had a phone interview with CGI. My prospective manager (director) called me to get familiar with me and my interests and skill sets. He then scheduled a phone interview with me in about a week. The Phone interiew was about an hour long and covered about my knowledge of working in different industries, my education and my prior experience.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Fairfax, VA (took a day)
Excellent interview experience. For my second round of interviews that were held on campus, I had the opportunity to meet and interview with 5 different people. Two of the interviews were sort of technical which is where I excelled the most.

Interviewed Oct 2009 (took 6 weeks)
They take a long time to get to the hiring proces. The whole process, including receiving offer, etc. is exceedingly show. Recruiters were friendly, however. The have a very ingrained culture that goes back to their AMS days prior to take-over by CGI. I had 3 different interviews on different days. The interviews were fairly laid baack and the questions were not difficult.

Interviewed Mar 2010 in Fairfax, VA (took 2 weeks)
Interview on campus, then phone interview with an HR recruiter. They then paid for me to travel to their office, and had a 3-4 hour session, including a tour of the building, and 3 1:1 interviews. I'm an incredibly confident interviewer and was actually surprised how easy the interviews were- technical questions were simple, interviewers were generally nice (too easy, asking generic questions) but the more technical ones barely spoke english and were much to awkward to be talking.

Reason for Declining
