Interview
I first put in an application online. The recruiter contacted me and told me more about the company and informed me they were coming to my campus. I interviewed on campus and was later invited to a site interview. The interview was 3 - 30 minute interviews.

Met with the company at the career fair, applied through my school as well as on their website. On-campus interviews were held the following week. Very nice interviewer, very conversational and not difficult at all

On campus interview mainly focusing on you resume and personal traits. There was one question about the SDLC and what part you thought was the most important and why? Overall they want to make sure that you are able to hold a conversation and have strong interpersonal skills
