Interviewed Mar 2010 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took 2 days)
Applied for a programming job online. Got called back from HR. At first I couldn't call them back as they filter calls. You have to pick up when they call as number is not displayed. 1 interview with HR first followed by a written technical exam. This was followed by a technical interview on a different date. The HR interview was typical and not complicated (1 on 1). Written technical exam was not multiple choice and was meant to measure knowledge, it was easy.
Technical interview (1 on 1) was more difficult as it was more about experience and methodology. It was part verbal, part written (on white board).
Was every impressed by technical level of interviewer. HR people are very efficient and straight to the point.
Got an offer that was conditional on obtaining a mandate at client.

Interviewed Apr 2008 in Montreal, QC (Canada) (took a day)
They call you to get there. You go in a room with about 12-15 other persons then they speak a bit, then you get seperated in 3 groups, then you do writing test with very easy questions then you do 2 phone call support test, one in english and one in french. Then some kind of "personnaly test" in a group of 3 people. Then you hope to get chosen and that pretty much is it. Wasn't stressful at all.
