Interviewed Apr 2011 (took 3 weeks)
I was contacted by a recruiter and had a discussion with that person. I was then scheduled for a phone interview with a manager. The interview was focused on my resume and background. I then had a panel interview where I presented on a case study that was provided prior to the interview. The interview team and recruiter were helpful in answering my questions.

Interviewed Jan 2010 in Chicago, IL (took 4 weeks)
In the first round, I had a phone interview with one of the partners. It was a normal phone screen, not too challenging. For the final round, I had two 1:1 interviews and was then taken into a conference room to give a presentation on a case for two partners. The 1:1 interviews were probing and technical, but definitely not too difficult. The case was one I chose in advance and presented with little difficulty.

Interviewed May 2010 (took a day)
I used to work as contractor and I saw the position being advertised as contract which appeared to fit my career goals at that time. The initial HR screening process was done and they had confirmed the contract option's availability too. This was followed by a screening by one of the firm's partner who appeared to be happy and expressed interest in a face to face interview.I was asked to present a real life case study for the interview.
Onsite there was one other candidate being interviewed before me
The firm apparently followed the same interview procedure for both contract and full time workers.
The first interview was face to face with the same partner who had interviewed me over the phone. This interview lasted for 30 minutes and went pretty well where the topics of discussion varied from my background, career goals and other interests.
The next was a group interview with 3 other partners of the firm.
One of them asked questions whereas the other silently took notes. The first 30 minutes was ok with discussion about my resume. The bone of contention was with granularity of details with regard to project. My presentation for each project was concise and I was pressed for more information which made me uncomfortable. For one of the projects, the interviewer had asked me the name of my end client which I had inadvertently blurted.
One other partner used "stress interview" tactic to ask me about my salary information.
The last step was the case study presentaion which I felt was good with real world questions thrown in.
To summarize I was left with the feeling that this firm also uses the interview process of experienced professionals to exploit new opportunities for their firm.
I was not offered a position with the reason "they have decided to proceed in the other direction".My travel expenses were promptly reimbursed on time.
