received a call from current employeer looking for someone to fill a newly aquired position for client. Have to pass a Background check, drug test and skill test. Interivew was very smooth on the CH2M side but needed an interview with client which was painfully repedative.

I was called up by HR and they did an initial screening with some questions. They then called me back and offered to fly me out to their office for a panel style interview. They paid for the flight, hotel, rental car and meals. I interviewed with 5 people in the panel style interview and after 2 others took me out for coffee.

One interview took about 2 hours. Standard engineering type questions nothing to trip you up. It was a 1 on 1 with three different people. It was an enjoyable interview everyone I talked to seemed very knowledgeable and eager to hire someone qualified.

Contacted by recruiter after employee of company passed along my resume. Phone interview went well and face-to-face interviews were arranged. The recruiter said she would contact me to come back the next week for two additional interviews. She said she would call before Friday to arrange. Never heard back, so I followed-up to have her not return my call until the following week to tell me they went with an internal candidate.
Heard it is a great place for employees, but until you work there, they do not seem concerned with communicating with candidates.

I received an initial screening call from a recruiter. I was then asked about my desired salary. She then set me up with a phone interview the next week with my 'boss'. During that interview, I was asked a few questions about my background and experience. He said someone would be in contact with me to set up an in person interview. About a week later I was called to schedule an interview at the office. I went to the office and met with three people individually. A week after that interview I called to let them know that I had another offer and wanted to know the status of the application. No one answered so I left a message. They called me back that day saying that they are sending an offer tomorrow. Again, she asked what my salary requirement was.

I feel like I 'low-balled' my salary when asked. They caught me off-guard both times that they asked, so I under sold myself.

On teh second round I was interviewed by top executives. Great expereince because I get to see what the corporate culture was about and decided it was a perfect fit.

The interview process is fine. I enjoyed talking to the hiring panel and the interview seemed to go well. However, I was surprised that I had to pay for parking and it was not reimbursed. I was also disappointed that after a two hour interview no one followed up. I would think twice before applying again.

I was disappointed that the interview didn't seem well thought-out. Very few questions regarding my actual experience and a lot of talking by my interviewers. At one point, one of the interviewers actually asked me to define "leadership" and then told me why I was wrong in my answer. I wasn't impressed.

I was asked a lot of questions about the current projects I am involved in and projects in the past. So, be prepared to address questions from all possible angles regarding anything that you have put in your resume. There were behavioral questions and questions regarding conflict resolution, time management.
