Interviewed Apr 2012 (took 4 days)
I applied for the position online and was contacted by a recruiter within a month for a phone screen. After the phone screen I was invited to a face to face. The face to face lasted aprox. 1hr. The interviewer was hospitable and open regarding the position. The office dynamics appeared very comfortable. And it seemed like a great place to work and grow.

Interviewed Aug 2008 (took a day)
Initial interview went fairly well. Application process was easy. Interviewed with two head nurses at the same time. General questions asked about my experience prior to this job. Why I chose this work place and how I think I might benefit the program by working for this company. Those were some of the general questions. A skills test was given and a written test was given also.

Interviewed Aug 2010 in Houston, TX (took a day)
The title of the position didn't reflect the position's actual responsibilities. The incumbant who functioned under a clerical title left because there was no advancement opportunities.
I had 2 interviews - one with a Director and the other with the President in the same day. The last meeting was well over an hour. The first meeting was pretty standard. We discussed my education and experience. The interviewer seemed to gloss over job responsibilities which is not too strange given that development offices are often small and everyone pitches in where needed. The bad part however was that I didn't get a good sense of what I'd be doing - period.
The meeting with the President was enjoyable and pleasant. He and his management team are trying hard to make this a satisfying career for whoever they hire. I say this b/c the job description changed when I responded to the usual 'Where do you see yourself in 5 years" question. He also admitted this.
I left the interview knowing that I wasn't a good fit for the company but actually enjoyed the experience (go figure). I even received a letter stating that an offer was extended to someone else which is rare now a days.

Interviewed by a very nice man named Ron. He was very down to earth and easy to talk to. He asked questions that were easy to provide feedback to and gave me agreat deal of info regarding what to expect in this role.
