Phone interview with the HR. Approximately 40 minutes.

Q2. What are your 3 top skills or attributes.
Q3. Describe a situation where you had to handle conflict. What was the outcome.
Q4. Did you initiate any process? Describe.
Q5. Do have financial modeling experience. Explain.
Q6. Describe your weakness and how you manage it.
Q7. Describe your experience with excel.
Q8. Do you have any questions for me.
There were other questions that I am sure I am forgetting to address.
