Interview Details – HR called me at first and I got a rejection email.
The interview was very straight forward but it was silly of me not to prepare sales questions (the position is mostly sales and less of a customer service role)

I applied in-person and the process took 3 weeks - interviewed at CIBC in January 2012.

Interview Details – I applied internally....I was a CSR wanting to become an FSR ..my hiring process was a little unorthodox...I went to a career fair...already knew the person who intervied me. After I went through a quick 5-10 interview with this person couple weeks later I had an actual meeting with two branch managers for about 45 minutes after that I was placed at a branch which had a need for an FSR

Interview Question – How do you expect to keep up with the targets and how would you handle times when business is slow?   View Answer

Negotiation Details – I did not negotiate my salary as they did take a chance on me at that time two years ago.

Interview Details – Application are usually done on-line through CIBC careers. There was a round which consisted of a telephone interview and then an actual interview at their office on Bay Street. There was 3 different interviewers at the office interview. The interview was fairly straight forward such as question about how your job experience correlates to the position applying for and behavioural questions.
