Very straight-forward, behavioral questions. They were the typical, tell me a time when... The main goal was to see how you deal with problems and how you react to different situations. The interviewer was very nice, just didn't seem to give a real fair shot at a career. It was a next day interview after a university career fair.

My assignment was transferred from my old employer to CIBER. Basically, it was agreement on the terms of CIBER's offer to me. If I accepted I returned back to my assignment. Otherwise, my assignment at my account would end.
