I applied through an employee referral. The process took 6 weeks. I interviewed at Ciber (Detroit, MI) in Nov 2008
Interview
Very long and frustrating. The interviewer was not fully aware of what was going on at the contract site, and did not remain in contact during the hiring process. They have an odd benefits structure - be certain that the salary that they're offering includes benefits, or the ability to gain benefits.
Ciber is a headshop, plain and simple. The people, however, were very friendly and nice.

I applied online. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Ciber (New Delhi) in Aug 2020
Interview
They take interviews for a name sake. After all the rounds, they don't give you the offer. HR just blabbers that the project went to hold and some cooked up stories. They don't have a proper set of mind while hiring the candidates and even if you accept the offer, Ppl usually don't join this company as they is no much job security here as per the reviews I heard. Keep the offer and search elsewhere. Don't depend for the offer from this company. They don't have a matured process for hiring the candidates.
I applied online. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Ciber (Philadelphia, PA) in Jan 2014
Interview
Interview process was really good. With detailed interview about the work experience, what was the responsibility, achievement. I explained the details of the Project and my responsibility. Why I was interested to join.
