Interview Details – Interview was very simple. From my online application I received a call back and phone interview about my work expierence and if I think I could handle telemarketing atmosphere. After passing the phone interview I met with the team manager for a one on one interview which was a lot of the same type questions. How would you deal with an upset customer, what is your best and worst qualities. Describe situations where you had to overcome, lead, work with others ect.

Negotiation Details – This was a pay cut for me so 39000 was the best they said they could do and I accepted. Commissions. An very pending on how good on the phone you are. Most Make around 400 a month. Top make 1500 - 2000 a month. Total of 50 sellers.
