Interviewed Apr 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took 4 months)
I was initially interviewed over the phone and then caled into interview
with the hiring manager and potential co-workers; I did
not hear anything for several months and was called back
for a lunch interview; I did not hear for
several weeks and then was called by an internal
recruiter to have another day of interviews.
I then went back for a day of interviews. I ultimately did
not hear back either way. The interview process
was not well organized.

Interviewed Feb 2011 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
It was pretty easy to set up the interview. I received a call days after applying for the job and was able to schedule the interview. However, the interview itself was pretty hard compared to other interviews I've been to. Get asked a lot of behavioral questions and "What would you do" type of questions. My advice: have several examples in mind before walking in the door, don't wait until the interview to start thinking of examples.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
Phone interview that was very heavy on behaivoral questions. A lot of scenario based questions with multiple parts to each. The interviewer was very formal. The position as described by the interviewer was not well matched to what was in the job posting.

Interviewed Oct 2009 in Philadelphia, PA (took a day)
I had an interview on campus. It was with the program director and two newer employees who had graduated from my school. They began by telling me about the program. Then, they basically just had me talk through my resume while highlighting areas of leadership. A few situational questions as well. Nice people. Make sure you have some leadership experience (through clubs, job experience or school) to talk about, because I think that's one of the main reasons I was not selected.
