Interviewed Jul 2011 in New York, NY (took 5 weeks)
Met one on one with the HR person in Manhattan, two Managing Directors and one Director - everyone was nice enough. Sent the obligatory thank you notes, followed up two times with HR via e-mail. Quite frustrating when HR tells you to feel free and contact them for anything and they do not even give the professional courtesy of a response. Finally received a system generated declination a month later.

Interviewed Jun 2011 in Los Angeles, CA (took a day)
Very unprofessional. I walked in and the office did not give a good vibe already. The interviewer did not seem to care or even bothered to read over my resume. For a decently sized company like this, I would expect the HR to be more professional and at least follow up with a rejection email or something. Either way, I didn't bother to follow up because I knew I wouldn't enjoy working there.

Interviewed May 2011 in New York, NY (took a day)
Company is very disorganized. Applied 2 months ago which the company used to filter out the applicants. Received a phone call one day from the HR assistant who was very nice and informed me that a manager will contact me shortly to set up an interview. I had totally forgot about the application.
There was no HR manager to interview with prior to the interview. The meeting with the VP of Strategic Marketing and meeting with VP of Underwriting were back-to-back in one day which I was a bit surprised about. The interview was surprisingly very easy. There were the typical questions regarding your past experiences but there were no questions that checked whether you were a fit for the company.
The people interviewing you are the fakest people that represents the facade that many corporate higher-ups put on in front of others. Although the interview went well, I received no responses at all regarding my status. Called them only for them to hang up on me. In my opinion, they are very unprofessional and definitely not a company that I want to work for. I believe that if an applicant makes time to go up for an interview, the least the hiring manager can do is reply personally. How a company treats an applicant is how it treats an employee.
This is by far the worst company that I have interviewed for. I hope that these managers will one day experience karma and see me making more money than them at larger companies like Citigroup, Chase or PWC.

Interviewed Jun 2009 in New York, NY (took 3 months)
Standard targeting interviewing beginning at the college or university level. First round interview was 1:1. Follow up was at HQ in New York. Prior to arriving for Super Day, was asked to submit group preferences. Met with two groups consisting of 4 interiviews (1:1) for each group. Total of 8 interviews. Interviews were both technical and fit, but more so fit.
