Received a phone call after initial application for a technical written test as well as an interview. I was given a technical test on cash reconciliation and financial instruments. Subsequently, I was interviewed by two staff who was clearly not prepared for the interview. I was asked to explain my resume in brief followed by a few more technical questions and why i want to work in a back-office role.

I interviewed with a number of managers looking to fill positions on operations teams. Mostly wanted to see if I'd be a good fit personality wise, were vague about the actual nature of the job except inexplaining there may at times be some odd hours. Some dismissed me quickly for not being business / finance oriented in my education. Since working here I now know that your past exucation means nothing, you cankniw nothing about finance and fit in here, you just need to know how to work a computer / microsoft excel.

I had a phone interview with someone in HR. We went through some basic questions on my previous work experience and what type of position I was looking for. I was told that she would consult with the manager on who to call back for an interview, but I didn't receive a callback.

Got a phone interview on Thursday. Set up the first round interview right after the phone interview. Got a second round interview only several hours after the first round interview. An offer was provided the next day after the second interview. The HR manager and other interviewees are very professional and efficient. Most interview questions are behavioral based on your resume. There were some technical questions, but all very basic. I think the most important thing you need to do is to get very familiar with your resume. One more thing, always be positive and enthusiastic.

Called me and discussed my background. The HR had to attend something urgently and told me she would call me back. Didnt hear back for more than a week. Called me in for an interview, met her and one manager and VP. More like a casual discussion rather than interview.
