Interview Details – Interviewed with 8 people over a four stage interview process over a period of about 3 months. Cultural fit is really important it seemed. interviews included VCs with people in the US and Asia,
Fairly straight forward over all

Negotiation Details – Get a sign on bonus. they will buy out any loss of bonus or stock
