Interviewed Jul 2010 (took 2 days)
Cleared the telephonic interview and after repeated enquires was called for the face to face interview. Told intially that there were a lot of open positions and were trying to find out where the candidate would fit and place accordingly. The people in the interview panel were not trying to find out what the candidate knew as told earlier but were just mocking the candidate. Lost confidence and when the 2nd panel of interviewers interviewed was not able to answer the questions initially asked by one person but later on came out it and answered well. 2 of the interviewers in the 2nd round were from the ones who did the telephonic interview. They asked the same questions asked in the telephonic interview and answered correctly. After repeated enquires and after 10 days was told that the candidate was not selected. If the same questions were asked in both the telephonic and in-person interview and was able to pass the telephonic interview, how come did not succeed in the 2nd round? Later came to know that a office assistant with 10 years of experience was selected for the post. Why this mockery and why waste others time?

Interviewed Jun 2008 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
First was the phone screen. Once you pass that, they will get in touch with you again for a panel interview.
1 or 2 managers plus a few leads will be asking some questions. Some are technical and some will just gauge your personality.
