The interview process was very laid back, I was expecting hard technical questions but received none (that said, my educational background is very strong and this was reflected in my resume).

I felt they were looking for someone with good technical skills, educational background and that was a good personality match for the rest of the team.

Negotiation Details

There were no negotiations that took place. They asked me my desired during the initial phone screening – I told them what I wanted and it never came up again. When I got my written offer it was just slightly above what I asked for so that was nice.

Other Details

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Drug Test and a Background Check.

very informal. just asked about my background. they were interested in me and spent significant time going ove rthe merits of cna and why it is a good place to work. when i asked direct questions they were not so forthcoming. not willing to answer questions about financial stability and future plans
