Applied through a staffing agency, i had to do an extensive application which covered alot of my work history. Also, i had to present college and high school diplomas. They sent the application to CNH, I got a phone call from them saying they wanted to interview me, two people interviewed me, i was hired a few days later.

It was nice experience with them. i applied in a job fair. Then I was called for interview. I was interviewd by 2 times by higher manager. They asked technical and analytical questions. After one week I received the positive feed back. it was really nice experience working with them. All the staff in CNH are highly cooperative.you feel like home even you are a foreigner. I highly recommand to work for CNH Turin.

I applied for a supply chain role. Worked through their recruiting team in Texas. Three people were assigned the case before I finally interviewed with the hiring manager. No response for months. Recruiter for the company finally told me that I should just show up - she was frustrated and commented that she could not understand why there were not following up on a very qualified candidate that she was having issues filling because of the location (remote). Feedback stopped. 11 months later a recruiter called me and wanted me to apply for the same position... they still had not followed up or hired for the position. He commented that it was very difficult to get this facility to follow up and not sure what they were looking for as he had presented several extremely qualified candidates with little feedback.

I had one interview with company following an initial evaluation of my resume by the company. I had to travel over 300 miles for the interview which was in two stages: IQ/Intelligence test (numerical & verbal reasoning) and Panel interview.

Sr. manager shared the job functions and skills needed. Second mgr gave std interview questions. Very pleasant conversations. Gave me the info I needed to make an informed decision. Seemed truly interested in finding a good match. Facility was lackluster, not a good impression.

Initial contact was prompt and phone interview followed shortly after initial screening. On site interview within two weeks and told there was a sense of urgency filling the position. Told I would hear back one way or another in two weeks max. No communication for over two months, including no response to messages left asking for an update. Final message stated the position has been put on hold.
