Interview Details – Initial phone interview was geared to seeing if I was qualified for the position and if I was serious about taking the job. It went well and the recruiter seemed to think I would be a good fit. Her main concern that I was not serious about the job was resolved by my appearing very interested.
Interview Question – Why do you want to change careers at this point to do this work? View Answer
Negotiation Details – I asked for more money but they indicated that the offer I was given was at the top of the scale. I believe that was true, based on some info I got later.
