The invited about 10 applicants in for a presentation and a series of interviews. All of the applicants young professionals with several years working experience. I'm not sure how many people they intended to hire.

The afternoon began with a 30 minute presentation about their services as well as a short intro about the execs there. Then all 10 of us had a chance to meet with each exec 1-on-1. The interviewers were their technical director, their CEO, and a lady who thought she was really cool because she worked at IBM for a decade--even though there are very few things less cool than working or IBM. Basically, they had a chance to ask esoteric questions for 5 minutes and then use the remaining time to pontificate about their experience. When we were not being interviewed, we had the chance to talk with the younger current employees who were even more in love with themselves than the IBM lady.
