Interview Details – Company looked at resume on the superficial level. Details of the resume are just glanced through. Not willing to even allow the interviewee t to offer an explanation.

Interview Details – Two rounds of phone interviews and two rounds of in-office interviews. Spoke with HR manager as well as with some people in operations that the position would be working with. The company is undergoing a major transformation/restructuring. Many of the people I spoke with were new or hadn't been there for more than a year. The position would be dealing with the company's suppliers. Skills they wanted included analytical/financial, negotiation, communication/presentation, etc.
Interview Question – With a background in finance, why would you want to pursue a career in supply chain? Answer Question
Reason for Declining – Location, and salary was not up to expectation.
