Technical question asking and give the answer one by one. try to explain each and every thing. more focus on Partition base , performance tuning. and complex query and focus on collection like Varray, index by table, bulk collect etc.

Single telephonic interview, very simple and easy going. HR co-ordinated well. Post selection offer letter came in 2-3 dyas. Post-which medical test is compulsory. Company seemed to be highly process driven.

I applied through an employee referral. The process took 1+ week. I interviewed at CRISIL (Mumbai (India)) in May 2015.
The process took somehwere like 12 days. Had a test first MCQ's consisting of English, Finance, Quant and Qualitative sections. Pretty good test not easy but not difficult as well. HR person was pretty good to speak to, because of the time constraint he agreed to take the HR Round over the phone if the test was cleared. HR Round was also just normal questions like tell me about yourself, about the current job, Some basic of how will i analyse a company, Important Ratios. The Main Round was the third round with the seniors where a lot of questions were asked on current job, why i want to leave the job and saw the basic understanding of Finance. Overall a good experience.

I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at CRISIL (Mumbai (India)) in December 2014.
The first step is an online aptitude, wherein there are 4 section and each section is time bound. The sections are Qualitative, Quantitative, English, Finance, Essay. Finance section is slghtly tedious as it requires calculation and a calculator is not allowed. After clearing Apti, there is a HR interview which basic HR interview without any twisted questions. Then follows the technical interview. Here, you are expected to know basic concepts in Finance as you will tested well on it. Overall comparatively, the selection process is simple

I applied through college or university. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at CRISIL (Mumbai (India)) in December 2014.
They had only one round of around half an hour. Started with technical and had only last 5 mins. dedicated to HR. There were 4 people on the panel , 3 technical and 1 HR. They were very patient while listening to the answers and encouraged to speak a lot. Overall the interview process was relaxed and looked like they wanted to know your expertise. Lot of questions were directed towards credit assessment and factors, financial ratios, their meaning and relevance.

I applied online. The process took a week. I interviewed at CRISIL (Powai, Maharashtra (India)) in October 2014.
Three stage process 1. Aptitude test 2. HR Interview 3. Operations interview. Every round is a elimination round. Aptitude test consists of 5 sections and this to be completed in a 1 hour time frame 1) 15 accountancy and finance questions, 2) logic 5 questions, 3) general knowledge 4)a small balance sheet asking you to identify 3 risks. 5) A essay examples of questions: Company A company calculates depreciation on Straight line method while company B calculates it on Reducing balance method . Whose books would show higher profits. Choices. Company A, Company B, Both would be the same as Depreciation does not affect the profits or None of the above. Which body are credit rating agencies in India governed by. Logic contains crack the code. GK consists of simple questions: current CEO, Finance minister etc. A small balance sheet of two years is given. To identify the risks in the balance sheet on would need to use ratios ratios need to be used to calculate the increase in risk. Current ratio, acid test ratio and return on capital employed can be used. essay pick one out of 5 topics : Best way to shop: street shopping, online or malls A bit of research after the test showed that a lot of the answers could be easily found in the FAQ section on the Crisil website. HR Interview consists of previous experience, why Crisil, questions relating to ratios. The test and interview I attended was for MBA and CA freshers. This company seems like a top of the line place to work specially for a fresher. If you were to get a call put in 100% effort to prepare for this.

Crisil has a really cool office building. Their interview process consists of two rounds an aptitude test and interview. The aptitude test had basic English and quantitative aptitude. It was kind of easy. In the interview they ask you some finance related technical questions. So brush up on basic finance before you go.

I got mail from crisil and was asked to bring the copy of mail to the interview process. In mail CTC was mentioned 1.8 to 3 lakh. i thought as a post grad fresher they will offer 3 lakh bt de offered1.8 lac
- There were 3 rounds-aptitude including eassy writing, HR, technical. Aptitude questions like biggest bank in terms of assets,what is direct tax,who is d ceo of crisiln all. in short aptitude round was a cake walk. In HR round questions like tell me about urself and your projects which you hv done till nw, 5 ratios for SME company, how you will analyse SME company. what is deferred revenue expenditure.. 1 Answer

Aptitude test was easy.. had some basic finance related questions. Technical round was also quite easy.. finance and accounts related questions were asked. Director level interview was more focused on past work ex and education related questions
