Director at CSC

No Offer – Interviewed in Washington, DC Sep 2011 – Reviewed Sep 15, 2011

Interview Details – The initial phone interview was professional and established a working relationship with a future employer, and set the stage for a one on one interview and lunch. The one on one established my fit into the company plans, and also discussed the company fit for me, my skills, and my career hunt criteria.

Very professional and friendly. Follow-on interviews scheduled.

Director at CSC

Declined Offer – Interviewed in Reston, VA Oct 2009 – Reviewed Dec 31, 2009

Interview Details – Phone screen was fine, good questions going over experience & education. Was with HR rep assigned to Audit. She seemed very solid. Was invited for a visit, that consisted of a GMAT type test first thing in the morning, a bit of a pain but must have passed it as I was asked to come back after lunch. Was taken to lunch with a Manager, nothing too special. Then back for a series of 1:1 and group interviews and several situational case studies. These involved algebraic equations, and situational analysis.

Interview Question – Describe a time you were required to deliver difficult feedback to a person or peer under your leadership?   Answer Question

Reason for Declining – Poor feedback from current employees
