Interviewed Feb 2012 in Bangalore (India) (took 3 weeks)
Interview process was good and questions asked during discussion were relevant to the position applied. The only delay was b/w the 1st and 2nd round of discussions. Final round post Hiring Manager discussion was about communication...not sure how this is relevant since I've 10+ years of work exp and also hv solid onsite exp.

Was interviewed by 4 people on a conference call over phone. It ws random questions about what i have worked on. Was technical in the sense that they asked me if i worked on certain technologies but did not consider if i was really competent in that.

Not much. The best thing you need to do is play hard ball with the recruiter. They give a lot of hocus pocus on the pay.

This is a long breath taking process I never saw. I got selected in first phone interview which held at CSC campus itself. Then I went for 2nd round which was online objective testing. In 2 days they call me and said that I was selected and have to be available for client interview.
The client interview got postponed for 2 weeks. In client interview, it was a 30 min tech. I answered to most of the questions, and but confused by the question for 1 or 2. They made me to wait for 4-5 hrs and said Client HR are done and I can leave. Simply horrible. If I'm not selected then why they made me wait desperately 5 hrs?
After that I heard that, the person who interviewed me from client side was former CSC employee and he usually takes CSC people. But this time he rejected everyone with no reason. And another guy simply recruited.
Is this a card game? Or a fortune wheel?
Worst interview process I have ever had!!!!!
