Very Easy Interview

Interview Details – Interview was very easy, as the interviewers were less technical than myself. But, the process was very long as it was a government facility. It took 6 weeks after the offer letter to my first day at work.
Reason for Declining – The pay rate was the same, but I was familiar with the TSA contract.

Interview Details – Was being layed off and seeking opportunities within the company. I applied for the position, my resume was also emailed to key management (which I was very greatful). I received an email about a position suggesting dates/times. I replied with one of the suggested options, but was never contacted.

Interview Details – Pretty straight forward they interviewed for character and problem solving and let resume talk for itself. After the interview I had little to no contact I had to track them down to see how things were progressing. Once they accepted me took a month to get offer letter.
Negotiation Details – No negotioations, they stick to what is in the offer letter.
