Interviewed Dec 2011 (took a day)
I was interviewed by 4 individuals ranging from the Strategy Group senior VP down to a Senior Consultant. The interviews were mostly personality and behavioral based. Surprisingly, they did not ask any case based questions. Overall, I thought the process was relatively easy. Two of the interviewers seemed to struggle knowing what questions they should ask, so it was beneficial to be able to push the session in the direction that best illustrated my strengths
Interview Questions

Other Details
I got the interview through an Employee Referral and the interview consisted of a 1:1 Interview, a Skills Test and a Personality Test.

Interviewed Jan 2009 in La Palma, CA (took 3 days)
The interview process is very good and smooth.
First of all I got a call from one of the account executive for a round of general interview questions.
Once that is good, there was a round of interview with the Client Manager.
Once that is passed, then a round of interview with the HR.
And you are done. Smooth.
