Interview Details – The interview process starts through a contracting company. Once you show that you have the skills to fit a position then a interview is scheduled with leadership of the team that you would join. Detailed questions and even written test around your skilled areas will be presented. The contracting company typically prepares you for this approach.

- Project Management and leadership type questions. View Answer
Negotiation Details – Check with other contract companies to see if they have the same position available. One may offer more money then the other.

Interview Details –
1) Preparation for the test:
Topics/subjects- A little bit of everything – C,C++, DS, DBMS, Networking Basics, Simple Digital electronics
2) The eligibility criteria:
60+ Percent all through X, XII and 65-70+ in Graduation (B.E/B.Tech in Computer Sc., IT, Electronics, Electrical and MCA)
3) CSC Written test:
Aptitude test containing simple Quant, Verbal and LR followed by technical test with questions from topics mentioned above.
4) CSC Interview:
Three Rounds of Interviews – All elimination rounds
GD
Technical interview – general stuff, similar to that in the written exam. Some people are grilled, I was lucky to have got a very cool young gentleman as the interview panel.
HR Round – you may be grilled in this round, I wasn’t that lucky in this round though.
Interview Question – i don't remember the questions as such... the the technical interview was quite difficult... they asked a few puzzles in the hr round Answer Question
