Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
I submitted my resume to an online job posting. I don't remember but there must have been an initial phone conversation, maybe just with an HR person. The actual interview was relaxed and did not have any surprise questions for the job. Was interviewing with two levels of management. One manager was very informative about the organization. Only regret was they asked what I considered a manager's role to be and I should have turned that question around on them and found out why they were asking and what they thought a manager's role is.

Negotiation Details
No negotiation appeared possible. I did try to get more vacation but the HR person said she hadn't succeeded at that for herself either when she started. I was unemployed, so not in a strong position.
Other Details
I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Group/Panel Interview.

Interviewed Jul 2011 (took 1 week)
I was contacted by a CSG recruiter through Linkedin because of my profile. We discussed multiple openings. I had one group interview where I had to give a presentation and two additional phone screens. I had less than a day's notice about the presentation, which I considered a test but was really just an after thought on the part of the hiring manager.

Negotiation Details
The offer process went quickly. Standard vacation is two weeks. Push for three. Ask about reporting structure. Insist on getting an actual job title and job description. Pay scales are open as CSG, so ask what the salary rand is for the position and find out where you fit.
Other Details
I got the interview through a Recruiter and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview, a 1:1 Interview, a Group/Panel Interview, a Presentation and a Background Check.

Interviewed Jul 2009 in Chicago, IL (took 2 weeks)
1 phone interview with the recruiter and several in-person interviews with various members of the team. Felt more like discussions than actual interviews. Basically asked about experience based on resume and a few behavioral questions. Typical interview process.
Very small team so I met pretty much everyone during the interviews. Very energetic and laid back culture from what I've seen. However, was told that they found someone else to fill the position. Later upon asking someone that worked there, they said nobody ended up being hired. Fishy.
