Interviewed Feb 2011 (took 2 weeks)
The process was a total of three phone interviews. These included interviews with the Center Manager, Associate Director, and HR manager. Each one was conducted separately and lasted approximately an hour each. All of the interviewers ask similar question and I felt the threefold interviews were rather redundant. After the interviews were completed, it took several weeks to hear a final decision. I was rather underwhelmed with their offer, and ultimately declined.

The interview consisted of a Phone Interview, an IQ/Intelligence Test and a Background Check.
