Interviewed Feb 2012 in Phoenix, AZ (took 2 days)
I walked in multiple times because applying online didn't quite get anyone's attention. I had a similar problem with phone calls. I came into the store and simply hounded the manager until he saw I really did want the job. There wasn't technically an interview; he hired me based on my persistency and ability to talk to people well.

Interviewed Sep 2010 (took a day)
It was straight forward. Basic interview questions like, weaknesses and strengths. I was explained what was required from the employee to fulfill duties. After, I was told to wait for a call to see if I got the job or not. Ended up getting a call about a week later.

Interviewed Jan 2012 (took 2 weeks)
I first applied online. Within a week I was contacted by a district-wide hiring manager for an interview. I went to the interview at the district office and was asked standard interview questions for a customer service/retail position (asked about previous interactions with customers at my old job, how I would handle certain situations with customers, etc. ). The interview was short (about 15 or 20 minutes tops) and afterward I was told I would be contacted about the decision, even if it was bad news.
Within 3 days I got the call that I was hired. After that, it took another week or so for the orientation time and meeting place to be set up. The orientation was 5 hours long on a Friday, and I started on Sunday. All in all it took two weeks from submitting the application to starting my first day of work.

Interviewed Aug 2009 in Thibodaux, LA (took 1 week)
I applied online. About a week later I received a phone call for an interview. I went in and had a one on one with the store manager. She was very nice. My only concern was that i was going on vacation the next day and I knew they wanted someone immediately. Luckily they waited for me to return. Ive been working there ever since, and have since received a promotion!

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Lincolnwood, IL (took a day)
I applied online and was contacted after a week or so. The lady interviewing was very nice and explained to me that she still had a number of interviews to go through before she would select an applicant. The interview was very standard, but I feel that I probably did not get the job because of my lack of experience.
