Interviewed Mar 2010 in Northbrook, IL (took a day)
Very professional. Caremark had a recruiter that was assigned to me specifically and helped prepare me for the interview. The interview was mostly behavioral based questions. They also did a really nice job of selling the position to me as well. I wasn't offered a position after my internship but I have maintained a good relationship with their hiring manager and wouldn't be surprised if I work their again before my career is over.

Interviewed Mar 2011 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
When I walked into CVS, the atmosphere was busy, and I had to ask to speak to a manager. Once in the office the manager first asked what do I ask for in pay. Then he continued to tell his personal story and about the store.

Interviewed Jun 2010 in Lincolnwood, IL (took a day)
I applied online and was contacted after a week or so. The lady interviewing was very nice and explained to me that she still had a number of interviews to go through before she would select an applicant. The interview was very standard, but I feel that I probably did not get the job because of my lack of experience.

Interviewed Oct 2008 in Chicago, IL (took a day)
Interviewed with the pharmacy manager. Questions consisted of my experience and availability. I had previous experience working at a pharmacy, so he was just concerned about how my availability would help his store. The manager seemed to be student-friendly and encourages people to continue going to school. He even claimed to give out rewards for good grades.

Interviewed May 2009 in Bannockburn, IL (took 1 week)
Recruiter for the company called from Dallas. Set up phone interview with IT hiring mgr for job in Bannockburn. Very informal discussion, such as 'why are you leaving your current job'. The following week I was 1 of 5 people selected for face-to-face interview. Actually, it was with 2 IT leads for 1 hour of basic tech questions such as polymorphism, inheritance. Then 1 more hour with 2 mgrs - softskills such as SDLC.
Interview Questions
Reason for Declining
1) Job description on careerbuilder site was different from how it was described in the interview. No webservices or EJB's in this dept. RMI and IIOP used with internet client application, PeopleSafe.
2) Work environment - old cubicles in what seemed to be a converted warehouse. Poor lighting, people playing music in their cubicles. Lots of talking and distractions.

I Applied Online and the interview consisted of a Phone Interview and a Group/Panel Interview.
