Interview Details – Very simple. Filled out the application online and got a reply few days later. Dressed business casual and answered a few questions about myself as well as my availability. Waited for a background check and started training a week after that.

Interview Details – I went to a hiring event and I took a test, then went over a presentation about the job and benefits, then had an interview and was hired on the spot.

Interview Details – You must apply online, but if you want to get an interview you need to speak to the store manager in person. The interview was scripted by corporate. With a lot of "Tell me about a time when you..." type questions. None of them were particularly difficult to answer. Most of the questions focus on your integrity, honesty, character, and customer service aptitude. Only had one interview with the store manager before and an offer was extended on the spot pending a background check.

Very Difficult Interview
I applied in-person and the process took 6 weeks - interviewed at CVS Caremark in October 2012.
Interview Details – I applied online, I called the store several times and the representatives told me that I just should wait. Since there was still and advertisement on the parking lot saying that they are hiring, I decided go to the store, and try to speak with the manager, finally I was able to talked to her after several attemps. She did not care about my perseverance, she only said that the position was already taken.
Interview Question – She did not ask any specific question, she only said that the position was already given. Answer Question

Interview Details – Phone interview - lasted about 20 minutes. Answered about 10 situational questions. Passed the phone interview and went to the one-on-one interview. Answered about another 10 situational questions and was hired on the spot.
Negotiation Details – Non-negotiable. The job pays on the lower end...I was lucky to be hired in with two dollars more an hours than the starting pay because of my experience.
